How far in advance should I make a reservation & what information will be needed?
Once you know your event date & location call 877-657-5700 or send an email to sales@golfinvite.com as soon as today with said information. About a week before your event, we will follow up with your assigned Launcher Specialist & get the details listed below for the said event.

What will the fee include when I reserve the Launcher for the day?
A Launcher reservation for the day includes staffing & rental. Staffing covers the Launcher Specialist that will be sent to your location. He/she will ensure the equipment is being used safely, aid in aiming participants & make sure that everyone has fun!
Is there anything I should do to prepare for the Launcher Specialist?
Ask your course contact for an extra golf cart or transportation to & from the Launcher hole for the specialist to use, as well as a chair. The Launcher Specialist will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event to check-in, get to the hole & set up the equipment.
What areas do you cover?
All of the Chicagoland area. Note that additional charges may apply if your outing is in an area outside the Chicagoland area.
How far does the Launcher shoot?
Approximately 400 yards, but the Launcher specialist can tailor it to the hole. Ask your golf course contact for the longest, straightest & widest hole to ensure a great experience for all!
How should I go about charging participants?
Most events charge people $10-$20 per shot. We recommend you have a volunteer or two to assist in promoting the contest & collecting money. Don’t feel pressured to charge participants, feel free to include the Launcher for people to enjoy & use. Some events have a sponsor to cover the Launcher.
How should I implement the Launcher into my event?
Two of the most popular options for outings include running a Longest Launch contest on a long Par 4 / Par 5 or a Closest to the Pin contest on a long Par 4.
